We offer two services to suit your needs: our unbundled services, including the Urgent Counsel™ program for immediate family law concerns. We also provide mediation services at the Office of Dispute Resolution rate and Maha’s private mediation rate.
Some tips before you submit a request:
1. Please be sure to check your Junk/Spam folder after you submit a consultation request. Our informational email may have been filtered out of your inbox.
3. Kindly do not submit multiple consultation requests or call us. This creates a delay and will not expedite your request.
4. We do not provide legal advice or review legal documents for mediation services, and we must be hired through unbundled services before we can provide legal advice to you.
5. We don’t provide legal advice or review documents during the complimentary consultation for full representation (that is, you need a lawyer for your case). If you need help now, consider our Urgent Counsel services instead. (This service is not an agreement to take your case or represent you, but you can get legal advice faster.)
6. There may be a waitlist when you submit your request. We appreciate your patience.
7. We don’t offer in-person mediation. All our mediations are virtual.
